I am so happy that i finally got to cosplay Ammy/Okami, i have been planning this costume since Con-G 2011! The outfit has changed in it's design since then, but i am super happy with how it came out! The kanji on the sleeve is hand embroidered and says Okami, but written so it means "Great Spirit" and not "Wolf". The shield and the sword are both made of cardboard and paper mache, the shield has lights in it (though they are hard to see) and the flames are made with organza. 

Adding the Ninetails to this costumes was a more recent addition to the plan, but i think it was a great idea, having someone to interact with on stage and in photos made poses really easy! I am so proud of shelle-chii for putting up with the costume all day, the tails where a pain, they where heavy and wouldn't stay up.
